Mr. David W. Pugh, FCA (Bermudian) - Director (non-Executive) - Mr. Pugh is the Chief Financial Officer of Argus Group, Bermuda

Mr. Robert Thomson (Non-Bermudian) - Director (non-Executive) - Mr. Thomson is the holder of a Bermuda Permanent Residence Certificate and works for a Bermuda-based Consulting Company. He assists the Company on investment banking projects. He is also the founder of Hyperion Solutions, a NASDAQ listed company.

Mr. Nicholas P. Warren (Bermudian) - Director (non-Executive) - Mr. Warren has held a number of senior positions in the investment and insurance sectors in Bermuda. He is currently the Senior Vice President of International Advisory Services Ltd.

Mr. Craig Rimer (Non-Bermudian) - Director (Non-Executive) -  Mr. Rimer is the Chief Executive Officer of Cidel Bank & Trust Ltd based in Barbados and Toronto.
